Made these today and they were awesome. You should probably stick to the script though. I tried to get cute and chopped up already cooked bacon and add it to the cream cheese. Turns out the bacon holds the whole thing together when the peppers go soft in the oven, so I had to keep scooping everything back into the jalapenos. Good stuff, anyways.
Have made these 3 times since this video came out! My family just loves them. I make homemade ranch dressing, and if I don’t put mine on a separate dish, I don’t get any..lol…get recipe! BTW…I bough some throw away gloves to wear when I prep the peppers, that will really save your fingers from burning. And the man in the produce dept. told me to chose smooth firm jalepenos…the ones that are wrinkled or have lines are the hotter ones…the smooth ones are milder.
