2,The system controls characteristic and craft

2.1 Control request and characteristic

2.2 About craft

This system regards PLC as the core, because tape of this system is supported not big, can reach the frequency converter and drive an asynchronous motor of 3.7kW by one, this electrical machinery pulls and mainly transmits the device. After the supplies are got ready, the clutch shuts the floodgate and sends the material soon, make the size of the carton with left and right electrical machinery, measure the device and examine the speed with the rotational speed, measure the position signal of the carton with the photoelectric sensor, thus make the servo machine work.
