Virginia Pauline Gallimore Beheler, 66, of Fredericksburg received her angel wings Monday, June 20, 2011, surrounded by her family at her home. She battled cancer for many years, but now she has crossed through the Gulf of Jordan and is in the presence of Jesus.

Survivors include three sons, Jeffery Wayne Spicer, Anthony Rob Spicer and George Sanford Lewis Jr. and his wife, Angela; two brothers, Charles Lee Gallimore and his wife, Martha, and Norman Junior Gallimore and his wife, Rita; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Gleaves Gallimore and Bessie Ardenia Sexton; and son Van Malcolm Spicer Jr.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, June 23, at Christian Outreach Tabernacle, 10108 Jim Morris Road, Fredericksburg, Va. 22408, where she was a member.

A funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 23, at Christian Outreach Tabernacle, with interment following in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dale Gallimore, Buddy Gallimore, Mark Gallimore, Glen Shelton, Donnie Webb and Erik Durand.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Attn: Trudy Clifton, 113 Tallpines Drive, Locust Grove, Va. 22508; or to Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, Va. 22407.
